| Although I call for an increase in healthcare spending it would be paid for by accepting the Medicaid expansion and accepting the ACA funds allocated for Wyoming. Higher education needs to not only cover degree programs but also expanded vocational training. Correction spending would be reduced if we found alternatives to victimless crime punishments and legalizing pot. | |||

| My top priority will be to get the Medicaid expansion and ACA state exchange. This should keep our hospitals solvent, increase competition in the state and lower insurance payments for us all. Second includes equality in pay and access to all institution by all Wyoming citizens, including housing, jobs, marriage, etc. Third is to guarantee a quality education for all our young people on a par or better than available in other states. Children do not learn if they are hungry so this would include ensuring they have access to adequate food. |
